A conservative restoration and rehabilitation project that required a delicate balance between technical precision and respect for the building’s historical identity. The restoration of the facades was carried out through a meticulous identification of the original marmorino blends, alongside targeted interventions on the stone surfaces to preserve their textures and chromatic nuances. The urban planning regularization made it possible to consolidate the residential and office use of the Palazzo, redefining its connections with the surrounding urban fabric. Every architectural element was treated with the utmost rigor and craftsmanship, successfully restoring the property’s distinctive character.
